Q: How are your wine bottles melted?

A: Extreme heat
Q:

I have a special wine bottle that I would like melted.  Can I send it to you to melt?

A:

No, but you can send us the label.  Unfortunately, due to the very high potential for breakage in the mail and the potential for breakage during the melting process we have no way to guarantee that your bottle will come back to you in one piece.

However we do have an immense library of wine labels and if by chance we don't have the one you want you may send us the label

Q: How can I send you a label?

A: First you must remove the label from the bottle.  We recommend a product called 'Label Off' available at most nicer wine stores.  Alternatively you could steam or soak the label off the bottle, although this is not recommended for fragile or very valuable labels as water may damage the label.

Once you have the label off the bottle you have two options
      1.  Put the label in an envelope with a piece of rigid cardboard and mail it to us.

      2.  Scan the label into your home computer and e-mail it.  **Please note** All scanned labels MUST be scanned at 300 pixel resolution and saved in JPEG (.jpg) or Adobe Photoshop format.  File size does not matter.  If you do not know how to do this please refer to option 1.
